Electrical installations

Industrial electrical execution without compromise.

Installation, wiring, and integration of machines, production lines, and cleanrooms – documented, precise, responsible.

We work where the electrical system is not a service, but a critical part of production.

Our electrical services are not classic wiring execution. We take over the entire electrical segment of an industrial project – from machine wiring, process lines, control and automation systems to integration into the client’s existing infrastructure.

We prepare and execute work in environments governed by the strictest standardscleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, production cells, robotized lines, the automotive industry, and technological buildings.

Our teams are trained for FAT/SAT procedures, traceable documentation, cable labeling, testing, validations, and technical handover.

What do our services include?

We do not act as contractors, but as a partner who takes responsibility for the part of the system that must operate accurately, safely, and continuously.

  • Industrial electrical installations

  • Industrial electrical installations

An industrial electrical installation is not a question of wiring — it is a question of reliability, traceability, safety, and stable operation of the entire production. Where every cable, every connection, and every component affects productivity, quality, and safety, the electrical system becomes the backbone of the facility — not an additional service.

We carry out industrial electrical installations for technological lines, machines, process equipment, commercial buildings, and production halls. We handle LV/MV systems, cable labeling, installation of switching, control, and distribution systems, connection of power and signal lines, and integration into PLC, SCADA, and automation modules.

Our teams work according to GMP, ATEX, and FDA standards and follow the client’s project documentation. All execution includes documentation, measurements, testing, and technical handover — ready for audit, validation, or commissioning.

  • Integration of machines

  • Integration of machines, technological lines, and cleanrooms

When electrical installation is no longer just a system connection but part of the production process, the logic of work changes. Here, electrical work is not execution, but integration – between machines, sensors, control systems, communication, and automation.

We specialize in wiring, connections, and integration of machines, technological lines, transport systems, robotized cells, cleanrooms, and control stations. We implement control systems (PLC), process automation, sensors, data connections, and communication between system components (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, AS-i).

We work with OEM manufacturers, engineering firms, and end users, providing FAT/SAT testing, validation, documentation, labeling, and technical handover in accordance with industrial standards.

Machine and line integration is not just connection. It is the establishment of a system that must work — always.

  • On-site installation teams

  • On-site installation teams (Slovenia, EU)

There are many workers. Project teams – very few.

Field work does not require presence, but understanding of the project, responsibility, documentation, discipline, and deadlines.

This is not classic execution. This is project-based delivery.

We provide specialized electrical installation teams, trained for industrial projects at home and abroad. Our advantage is not manpower, but project-trained teams — accustomed to coordination, project deadlines, technical documentation, safety standards, communication with supervisors, and strict adherence to the client’s technical requirements.

Our teams operate across the EU (Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Denmark…) as well as outside the EU, on long-term and short-term projects, from single-day installations to multi-week integrations.

We do not take on work. We take responsibility.

  • Testing and validation

  • Testing, validation, documentation, and technical handover

Quality of execution is not measured by what is visible in the cabinet or on site, but by what is documented, traceable, and verified. Installation without documentation is just wiring. Installation with validation is a system.

After execution, we prepare complete documentation, cable and component labeling, measurements, FAT/SAT reports, validations, technical protocols, safety certificates, CE documentation, and traceable records for the client. For pharmaceutical environments, we prepare IQ/OQ documentation. A system is not handed over until it is officially approved – not only physically, but also technically and legally.

That is why our clients receive more than an electrical installation — they receive a validated electrical system, ready for commissioning, audit, or inspection.

  • Residential electrical installations

  • Residential electrical installations

The quality of a residential electrical installation is not measured by whether a light turns on, but by whether the system is safe, properly dimensioned, documented, and reliable in the long term. Wiring without calculations and measurements is improvisation. A residential installation with validation is an energy system.

We begin execution with an analysis of loads, circuit layout, current loads, and protection systems. After installation, we perform insulation measurements, earthing tests, fault loop impedance, RCD testing, circuit verification, and surge protection testing. Every distribution line is labeled, every fuse has a defined function, and every circuit has full traceability.

The client receives complete technical documentation, distribution schematics, measurement reports, a declaration of conformity, safety certificates, and documentation prepared for inspection or technical approval. A system is not finished until it is physically installed, electrically measured, and officially validated.

That is why, with us, a residential installation is not just “a cable in the wall” — it is a verified, safe, and documented electrical system, designed for long-term use, future upgrades, and reliable operation without hidden risks.

In industry, electricity is more than energy

  • It is stability, when the system must operate without interruption.
  • It is traceability, when every cable, every cabinet, and every connection carries responsibility.
  • It is reliability, when the process allows no errors, improvisation, or excuses.
  • And above all — it is responsibility that remains even after the project is finished.

When you need a partner, not a contractor.

We do not start with a quote. We start by understanding the project, the responsibility, and the expectations.

If the electrical system represents the heart of your production, then you know that quality is not a choice, but a necessity.

At ZASE d.o.o., we do not send generic price lists – first we talk with you, understand the technical requirements, deadlines, standards, and scope of the project. Only then do we take on the work.
